Anyone played Eric the Unready before? Tis such a fine game. Funny and easy to play. Haha. I like easy to play.
So anyway, one of the commands you can type in the game is 'Wait'. You press enter and the time on the clock fast forwards ten minutes. I wish I could do that right now. Type 'wait' and press enter. My mum is taking so long.
In other worldly news, my sister left her car in the carpark last night after work because it wouldn't start. Shame. Now my dad's on her ass asking her, 'Why leave it there! What if someone comes and steals it??' Meh. The things she does.
It disturbs me that my own mum can watch The Grudge without the remotest feeling of fear, without the slightest chill running up her spine, no need to cover her eyes and watch one cm of the screen, no need to cover her ears when the scary music starts, steadfast when she knows something's about to appear. How? How does she do it?
"Just imagine there's a cameraman in front there lah!"
-_-" No mum, not that easy for me. For a whole year I slept with the lights on because the stupid little boy with the big unassuming eyes and the crawling mum kept creeping into my room everytime the lights were out. Meh. A year later and I still watch one cm of the screen.
I balance precariously upon the thin thread of security and the feeling of being safe. The slightest scare can tip that thin thread and send me crashing into panic, paranoia and uncontrollable adrenaline-pumping PHEAR.
In other words, I'm like that thing that goes 'cluck'. =P
