As I sit here spittin' and churnin', oh, it's clear it's happening right now to me...
Stuff of legends.
Apparently in Kelantan, they eat fermented fish. And if you're not careful or if they didn't filter the thing enough, you get maggots in it. And cencaluk is like shrimp smushed up with boiled rice and lots of salt, stuffed in a bottle and left to ferment. Apparently very nice if you've got the taste for it. :P
I miss late nights in my yellow Vista apartment. Hak hak!
