Orientation committee nominations.

Kinda puts things in perspective for you in terms of exactly where you stand in your own batch.

So, to the foosers, all 5 of us. Hey. We're a minority.

Take a moment to let that sink in.

Done? Funny how it seems like we know everyone at the lounge but when we entered the LT1 this afternoon, it was like... nobody cared about us.

So there. So much for all the planning. Even all the planning months before this date. Funny how faceless people seem to be filling the committee posts.

Funny how we kept our hopes up so high, our spirits up so well, semangatness for orientation. Bpharm's... Medic's... And then to have all that enthusiasm snatched out of you just today. With noone else really bothering. Noone else really seeing how much we all are so into this orientation thing.

Oh well. When you really look at it, orientation is a batch thing. And if our batch is filled with Chinese-speaking students forming the majority, I guess there's nothing we can do about that.

Still... I can't help but feel a twinge of disappointment. We have been ushered down to OOs. Well, let it count ppl. Make every moment count, every game won and every orientation group be given a task.

I wanna say this Orientation Committee might make a crappy orientation buthen underestimation is a dangerous thing I've found.

Ah... too much politics. I feel like I'm falling sick cuz of it...

what bugs me is that they didnt even consider matching people to posts that actually suited them. a lot of name tossing for laughs. oh well. we can still have the fun of our lives.
