On the Internet

Nowadays, information is so freely available on the Internet. Sometimes it gets quite scary to compare the huge difference computers and information technology has made in our lives today as compared to the days when the Internet was not born yet.

Just the other day I was discussing with my mum on the upper limit of vitamin A intake. We could have been in a very confused discussion about the microgram to IU conversion and how much was too much vitamin A to take when I hurriedly switched on the computer, typed a few words into Google and voila! I had the answer before my eyes and my mum was reassured that her vitamin supplement was not overdosing her with vitamin A.

You can basically find anything on the Internet if you know where to look. You can even find reviews on the best treatments for hemorrhoids given by real consumers.

If you really think about the vastness and reachability of it, the Internet is a very overwhelming resource.
